Comprehensive hormone replacement therapy coverage for transgender individuals from Puerto Rico. Includes consultations, lab work, prescriptions, and monitoring. We generally cover up to 90% of total costs. All treatment takes place in the United States.
The HRT Fund for Puerto Rico provides financial assistance as part of our charitable mission to support transgender healthcare. This fund addresses a critical gap in access to gender-affirming care for transgender individuals in Puerto Rico.

Provider Registration
Your chosen provider in the United States must register with THAF and submit a treatment plan with cost estimates.
Approved
Once your provider is verified and treatment plan approved, your funding is confirmed.

Begin your treatments in the United States. Your provider will bill THAF directly up to your approved amount.
